Rental Application Instructions

Please complete the rental application and email it to info@jointventurehomes.com along with the following required documents:

Recent check stubs

Housing voucher or offer letter (if applicable)

A copy of your state ID or driver’s license

Once your application and documents are received, you will receive a secure link via email within 24 hours to complete the final portion of your application online.

Application Deadline: March 27, 2025
Notification of Approval/Denial: No later than March 29, 2025
Target Move-In Date: April 1–5, 2025

Please Note: No pets are allowed.
